    The unfortunate task of having to order casket flowers for my mother turned out to be a beautiful experience. The owner, Pam, not only listened to my requests but she read my heart. She made a gorgeous creation then followed up the day after delivery for upkeep of the flowers. It is clear that this is her passion, and her designs come straight from the heart.     The website was easy to work with which made it a lot easier for me. I did call to make sure my order had went through, due to my computer experience/knowledge. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and knew which arrangement I was speaking about. I do not live in the area of this florist however I will use them again if I am in need of flowers. One thing I feel would make this even better would be if an email with a picture of the arrangement could be mailed, so the buyer could see it.
